The record has been a visual outlet for musicians artists and designers alike.  This exhibit - held at Duke University’s Nasher Museum of Art -  explores the culture of vinyl records through 50 years of contemporary art.   The exhibit is a showcase of work by over 40 artists, including  Laurie Anderson Jasper Johns and Ed Ruscha.  Learn more about this show and see some of the work here.
